Within the Gippsland region, there are 19+ local associations offering domestic and representative basketball opportunities to Gippsland locals.
Gippsland United was created with the vision of uniting all of the Gippsland basketball community to be truly GIPPSLAND UNITED through engagement and participation opportunities.
GU has created a new program to connect our great club with the local primary schools in the Gippsland Region.
Our Imports and coaches will teach basketball fundamentals to students of all levels, ensuring a safe and engaging program that promotes the great game of basketball, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.
The fully customisable program also helps Gippsland United athletes and coaches build a closer connection to the local community ensuring unity throughout the region.

GU connects with local associations running school holiday camps in different areas across Gippsland allowing associations to promote themselves as well as work with the camps and also earn a share of the profits that the camp makes. GU Camps, since 2022, have reached over 1500 kids earning local associations over $18,000.

Gippsland United offers local associations and clubs the opportunity to engage with the Big V Program by attending home games, sitting baseline with their team and watching some of the best local and international basketballers compete in a state competition.
